Availability
The changeover day for weekly reservations from April to September is a Thursday. If you require a different day or period outside these months then please contact us for a quote. The minimum period to rent Beach Boys is 7 days.
Please note: All contracts are sent via email and a booking will only go ahead after you have read the terms and conditions and confirmed by telephoning +44 7730 218106. We require all payments to be made by bank transfer. A 30% deposit is taken and the balance will be collected 8 weeks prior to your holiday date.
A security deposit of £1000.00 is also required , refundable within 14 days of the holiday end.
Notes on accommodation:
Unfortunately no pets allowed and strictly a No Smoking Policy inside Beach Boys house. We are sorry but we do not run a cancellation policy therefore we recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances where you may need to cancel your stay.

Changeover day
Arrival 16.30 on a Thursday, departure 10.00am Thursdays strictly April to September. Other than peak months, the Changeover day may be flexible so please make an enquiry. Upon exit, please leave the house in the same condition that you found it with the dishwasher and bins emptied. [column width=”one-half-first”]
